Print Sizing

I sell photographic prints for all spaces, including modern homes and contemporary offices. The sizes for my prints fit many of the more common frame sizes which can be selected after choosing a favorite print to purchase. If you would like a print in a non-standard size, please contact me and I can set up a custom item for you.

• “Size” refers to frame size. If no frame is selected, "size" refers to paper size.
• I offer five primary sizes for rectangular (vertical or horizontal) prints: 12x18, 16x24, 24x36, 32x48, and 40x60 (all sizes in inches).
• Square prints, custom or jumbo sizes are available by request. Most requests can be accommodated. Contact me!

Paper

Unframed prints are printed on smooth fine art paper with a matte finish (100% cotton archival quality, acid free) with museum-grade density and sharpness. This gives my images the most accurate color presentation for the longest life available.

Acrylics

Acrylics are statement pieces! These gallery-quality prints are especially stunning in large sizes and include

• Full-bleed (no border)
  
• Printed on high-grade metallic paper (for extra "pop"), and face-mounted to ⅛”-thick acrylic
  
• Exceptionally vibrant, with a backlit, glossy, almost wet appearance
  
• Designed to float ¾” from the wall (on kiln-dried douglas fir wood)
  
• Have no bolts visible on the front side
  
• Include hanging wire and a drywall hook for quick 1-minute installs
  

Framing

Custom framing is available with your choice of matte white, matte black, or natural maple. These are traditional frames with a timeless aesthetic. They include:

• Premium wood moulding
  
• UV-shielding acrylic glass (protects against ~91% of UV rays)
  
• Archival, acid-free foam board backing
  
• Paperback protective finishing
  
• Hanging hardware and nail

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

• I do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
• I do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
• If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact awexygen@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

All print sales are final. Please contact awexygen@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING PRICES are calculated based on your cart total as follows: 

** Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges.  Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.  All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.

• Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
• Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)

Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, 

We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests

APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
